What we collect

Your email address and a hashed password when you create an account; the plan you hold; chat messages you post; and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the site. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us your checkout email and subscription status so we can set your plan.

How we use it

To operate your account, gate content by plan, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with processors (like Stripe and our hosting provider) as needed to run the Service.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in and one for form security. No advertising trackers.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct, or delete your account data. Deleting your account removes your profile and chat messages; billing records held by Stripe are governed by Stripe's policy.
