Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel Winner's Circle at any time from the manage link in a Stripe receipt email or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Because picks are time-sensitive information that is consumed as it is published, subscription fees for a period that has already begun are generally non-refundable. That said: if a billing error occurs, if you were charged after cancelling, or if the Service was unavailable for an extended stretch, contact us — we will make it right, including a refund where that's the fair outcome. Saratoga Season Pass purchases are refundable in full if requested before the first day of the meet it covers.
