1. What this service is

Invest In Time Handicapping ("we", "us") provides horse racing analysis, selections, and commentary ("the Service") for entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or wagering platform, and we do not accept, place, or settle bets.

2. No guaranteed results

All picks are opinions. Horse racing involves risk and past performance — ours included — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own wagering decisions, and you must only wager where it is legal for you to do so and only with money you can afford to lose.

3. Accounts

You need an account to access member content. Keep your login credentials private; accounts are for one person and may not be shared or resold. Subscription content may not be republished or redistributed.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Winner's Circle renews monthly until cancelled; the Saratoga Season Pass is a one-time charge for the meet described at checkout. Prices may change with notice before a renewal. Plan access is tied to the email address on your account; a checkout completed with a different email may need a manual adjustment — contact us and we will fix it.

5. Acceptable use

Be civil in the subscriber chat. No harassment, spam, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before a claim. The Service is provided "as is".

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here is the current one, and continued use means acceptance.
